The product is easy to use. The product meets our needs. The service team is connected and engaged with us. When we have encountered problem, they are quick to reply and support and troubleshoot.
Sometimes slacks get lost in the shuffle and we need to resend them to get our answers It seems there is some confusion on what version different companies have which causes confusion on answers to our questions sometimes Changes aren't always communicated internally it seems, so there has been some confusion about certain features.
We have had a few challenges with login set ups (but support has been quick) There have been some challenges with differing calendar holidays so expectations and forecasting have had to be adjusted.
