The solution is user friendly all around and compared to other systems it does not require a large amount of effort to get started.
I do wish the product was able to handle large scale projects.
Wish there were better user experience features.
Since it's a SaaS model solution, there is some limitation to the amount of customization you are allowed to do. However, nuVizz has been a great partner so far and was able to deliver all the customization we required so far via configurable client specific attributes.
