It has a centralized video repository.
The Office 365 Video feature provided our company with a convenient way to save and share internal training videos within the organization. I found it was rather seamless and it fits well with all the other Microsoft software I use every day, such as Teams and SharePoint. Submission of the project and rudimentary permission control was also easy.
Likes: 1) The content are secure due to its highly protected features. 2) Its cloud storage facility useful to store and recover video for longer time. 3) Its user interface is easy to navigate and simple.
While internal video / file sharing is seamless, external sharing options are more limited compared to YouTube.
The Office 365 Video did not have the complex content management features necessary for a big company. Also, the granularity of the access controls was severely limited, leaving services with no way of properly restricting only the videos intended for the audience.
Dislikes: 1) Its having limited editing capabilities and potential storage constraints. 2) Initial training is required for new users to navigate software. 3) Its functionality is limited for large organisation professional. 4) Mobile application having limited features.

While having Office 365 Video for the internal video sharing was a simple start, we saw its limitations as our training needs started to grow bigger. The absence of a proper permission framework along with weak analytics led to this DVR as a tiring alternative to organizing a complete video clip library.
