The best thing about OnBoard is the granularity available to find rooms in terms of offices, floors, facilities available in the rooms, recurrence. It is extremely easy to book rooms in different offices, for multiple recurrence options and you can easily identify if the room has the facilities you require or not. The other cool thing about OnBoard is that you can use it on all the platforms be it mobile or laptop.
OnBoard is an easy-to-use tool, it is really useful since it allows me to organize all the necessary materials for the monthly meetings with the Board of Directors, apart from having the ability to record all the meetings, it is a great tool.
1) Manage your booked meeting rooms/resources 2) Book a meeting room in real-time 3) It even allows you to book a room on a recurring period 4) You can access the information about the room (size-capacity/available resources etc) 5) You can filter and access the meeting rooms by floors or types 6) You can even invite someone outside your organization with meeting room information
The option of getting a confirmation by mail would be a great functionality. Sometimes during crunch times, if you forget the room you booked, you have to go on the website and check which room you booked. It would be great if you just get one calendar invite about the room you booked. In essence, a stronger integration with outlook would make this even more amazing.
We have not had any problems, we have had a very good experience.
1) Although it provides the information of person who has booked a particular room. However, It does not let you directly contact that person from there
