The unified platform approach is OneStreams greatest strength. Instead of cobbling data together from multiple systems with different dimensionality and constant reconciliation, headaches and everything. Consolidations, planning, reporting, account reconciliations live in one environment. This has saved us tremondous time on data synchronization and eliminated the dual maintencance nightmare we experienced with our previous setup. The flexibility is remarkable. OneStream adapts to complex business requirements rather than focusing on rigid templates. Dashboard customizations are intuitive, and the ability to edit views according to specific needs makes it invaluable for different stakeholder groups. The real-time insights have genuinely improved our decision- making capabilities during monthly close and forecasting cycles. Data integration capabilities are outstanding. Weve connected OneStream seamlessly with our ERP systems and the real-time data synchronization ensure consistency across all financial processes. The intercompany reconciliation process is significantly simpler to our old setup- what used to take days now takes only hours.

Deployment complexity is a recurring thing. Highly customized implementations can be time-consuming and ressource-intensive. Sucess depends heavily on choosing the right implementation partner.
Read Full ReviewCurrently the data does not foot for any of our financial statements Cannot drill down into the data due to the fact that the implementation did not bring in all of the GL detail, incomplete No one has offered a solution or partnered with us to fix the issues, it was just left as is. No training was given and no interim or ongoing testing or fixing of the issues as they heard of our problems. Instead they just told us we had to do it form the beginning. Bad customer service

The OneStream platform is phenomenal. I have experienced relatively minimal issues with the platform itself. Biggest downside is that you must partner with a OneStream partner. Not all OneStream partners are one in the same. You have to research to find the best fit for your company. Platform, Customer Service, Partners, Marketplace Solutions, AI Platform - have not found a use case where the platform could not handle all the requirements Customer Service - very knowledgeable and always gets to a resource that can address my issue. Partners - Excellent partners that provide additional services and support on top of what OneStream provides. Marketplace Solutions - Huge catalog of solutions ready to use.
