Platform - not different pieces bolted together but a true platform with core functionality that you can just plug and play. Everything we have implemented; we have extended its usage because of One Stream being a fully functioning platform. Marketplace solutions - We have downloaded 10 solutions and been up and running in little to no time using them. Administrative, Closing, Forecasting... all different areas of solutions to increase our capabilities. Core capabilities - Workflow, Audit control, built-in financial concepts (Time, Currency, Ownership, Scenario)
Read Full Review1. I have been most impressed at how much insight OneStream allows us to gain into our data. Whenever an unexpected variance or trend pops up, the system allows us to effortlessly drill down into the source data, helping us to understand the main drivers of the variance. 2. The app is also incredibly user-friendly. As someone who is newer to my role, through the resources offered by OneStream, and the training provided by my team, I have quickly become comfortable with the application. 3. Additionally, I have been impressed with the account manager assigned to our organization. Will is always available and willing to share resources to help us make the most of our partnership with OneStream.

We had issues with access by MAC users but now that is resolved with the browser application. Would like to see the Excel Addin in Office 365 Excel vs. just the client Excel version. This would allow us to extend out to additional users that don't have desktop excel licenses. Still missing some prebuilt data connectors but understand they are in the process of being built.
Read Full ReviewCurrently the data does not foot for any of our financial statements Cannot drill down into the data due to the fact that the implementation did not bring in all of the GL detail, incomplete No one has offered a solution or partnered with us to fix the issues, it was just left as is. No training was given and no interim or ongoing testing or fixing of the issues as they heard of our problems. Instead they just told us we had to do it form the beginning. Bad customer service
Read Full ReviewTo be honest, I have not encountered many issues with the application, or the support provided by OneStream. If I had to point out one area for improvement, I wish our organization would allow us the opportunity to explore other offerings of the platform.

Best-in-Class Software for All Financial Process Solutions under the CFO
In our experience, OneStream has been Best-in-Class in almost every aspect. This includes an Advanced, Comprehensive, Extremely well-Architected, and Intuitive and Easy to Understand System. We had previously worked with the best software in the Financial Consolidation and Reporting space, and OneStream took it to a whole new level. Interaction with the Sales and Customer Service teams has been excellent as well.
