We have been transferred to 4 different support teams in the last 12 months, and it feels like re-inventing the wheel with every transfer.
TGO provides too much data. It is very cumbersome for our end users to find the data that they require. TGO also doesn't show data in an easy to read format out of the box. We are also having a difficult time linking EDI to our current supply base as they don't equate out to our supplier number as we would like.

Opentext Trading Grid is up to date of the market features and is capable to manage large volume of data. This product is quite easy to use even for non technical users and is seen as a platform with new features. In beside of this the product is still under development and few minor bugs of display, lack of search are regularly corrected. It contains also a mine of datas of your supply chain execution but there is missing data analytics features or natives API for free.
