Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Likes & Dislikes
AI-driven analytics and insights, seamless integration with Oracle cloud services and prebuilt content and semantic models.
Daily feed from Oracle HCM Fast load times Customisable decks and projects
Connecting different data sources together and the ability to quickly produce reports are the primary benefits. Quickly being able to put together reporting for executives and other department heads is what we make the most use of with this product. Previously, if we wanted some sort of custom report, we would have to work with our consulting company to create a report in Fusion's BI Catalog. FAW (now known as FDI, I believe), allows us the flexibility to create our own reports on the fly.
Occasional data sync and accuracy problems, challenging setup and migration and dependence on technical expertise.
Out of the box content doesn't work for us We had to re-build a lot of content which was a steep learning curve We had to spend a lot of time hiding personally identifiable information Lack of documentation
While we have many users who are knowledgeable in putting together reports, the connections on the back-end are a little more difficult for us to figure out and we don't necessarily have the resources to invest in lots of training to elevate folks to super-users. The Oracle team has been helpful with some connections, but there's more value to be had if things are more easily able to be done in-house. We've also noticed that some attributes we use in our Fusion instance were not included out of the box, so adding those to our integration were essential for some reports.

Promising Product Needs Further Development to Become One-Stop Shop
I think this product does have great potential, it has a much better end user experience than Oracle Fusion for showing high level data at a quick pace. We are still in the earlier stages of implementing but have encountered issues with out of the box content not working for us which means we have spent a lot of time re-building which is difficult due to lack of documentation. The content we have built has been well received but it does need to be built out further to make it a one stop shop for key metrics. - Director of Client Accounting1B-10B USDTransportationReview Source
Unlocking Value with this Data Management Product
Overall, great product and great support. There are lots of possibilities that the product has, though there may be increased value for those who can have a devoted in-house expert. - SENIOR PRODUCT OWNER10B+ USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source

Fusion Analytics Warehouse Simplifying Dashboard Creation On Oracle Cloud
We are happy with Fusion Analytics Warehouse because it makes it possible to easily create dashboards on top of Oracle Cloud (ERP and HCM) which would otherwise take a lot of effort.
