The product provides a lot of functionality and allows some customization for our needs. The product works well but has some bugs/quirks that if fixed would make the product more user friendly. Hopefully the new integrated cloud products have addressed some of these issues. The terminology needs to be streamlined for the new products ... it can become confusing when speaking to different vendors and/or technicians.

Centralized Information easy access.Reduce failure
The overall experience is good as it is beneficial tool for us, as lot of our students are working on their own start ups. The recent studies has shown that the major reason behind the product or start up failure is duplication of idea or product which is already existing in market. The is the reason we switch to oracle product hub as it make data sync with global repositories and make us aware of all the facts and we wait for approval. Implementaion was smooth. But will need future inhancement.
Guidance provided by Gartner helped chart the implementation. With Gartners experience across all industries it was easy for us to implement procure to pay solutions with minimal customization.
