OrbusInfinity has been a strong fit for our Enterprise Architecture maturity journey. It has enabled us to move from static documentation to a living, operational EA capability that actively supports decision-making, delivery, and transformation. Beyond the tooling itself, we have had consistently positive experiences with Orbus training, enablement, and customer support. The platform is flexible enough to align to our internal EA principles and governance model, while still providing structure through a robust metamodel. OrbusInfinity has become a central source of architectural truth - supporting integration with our broader ecosystem, improving visibility across business, applications, technology, data, and capabilities, and helping to break down knowledge silos across, business, IT and delivery teams.

We chose to stay in '22 Orbus due to our belief in its cloud journey, with the promise of more flexible integration capabilities and compatibility with other Lucid Chart (then) on the horizon. Three years on, few of our expectations have come to fruition and the use of the platform has tanked. The integration possibilities through the APIs have remained opaque, with an implicit expectation that customers engage and pay for the services of the vendor in order to make use of them. This is in contradiction to the more open cloud platforms we are used to in other aspects of our business.
