From my perspective, ADONIS and the services provided by BOC deliver significant value to the organization and play a key role in effective process management. It is a robust and mature tool that enables structured and efficient management of processes, while also serving as a central source of knowledge and data that supports informed decision-making across the organization. ADONIS significantly streamlines the implementation of changes by providing access to consistent, up-to-date, and well-structured data. This allows for faster, more conscious, and data-driven decisions. The tool supports not only the analysis of the current state but also the design and planning of future solutions, contributing to greater operational efficiency and improved coordination of process-related initiatives. I particularly value the customization capabilities of ADONIS, which make it possible to tailor the solution to the actual needs of the organization. As a result, the tool goes beyond simple process documentation and actively supports process governance, development, and continuous optimization. We originally planned ADONIS as a pure BPM solution. After a very short time, we decided that we also want to cover GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) with it. In the meantime, other topics such as ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) have beed added. All this and much more can be covered with the ADO platform. (ADONIS, ADOGRC and ADOIT are all based on this platform and work together) My particular highlight is the Insights feature, which offers extreme added value and shows relationships. I have not found a similar feature in other BPM tools.
I am fully satisfied with the solution. ADONIS is a very intuitive and user-friendly tool.
customizations are to expensive. (just a report) Update objects information in ADONIS, tha name is the key field, not an ID.
The old admin interface (ATK) was based on a Windows RDP connection. However, this was replaced by a web-based admin interface with the new version 16. There is an API, but the out-of-the-box integration options with other tools are unfortunately limited. There is still a lot of potential for improvement in the area of artificial intelligence. Other BPM solutions offer more advanced features, like AI-based process optimisation.

The best business modelling toolkit
ADONIS is a product we launched years ago and updated it several times to newer versions (we envolved from a client-server-deployment to a cloud based approach). We started from scratched and by now we started to automate the modelled process. We also managed to do the necessary documentation for our ISO audit.
