It is great to have the opportunity to look at internal processes from a model/diagram perspective, as well as the process mining and simulation modules. These 3 modules let us understand how the process flows and connects with others, how it's currently running, and areas in which it can improve. It's also a great way to play with the 'what if' scenarios in a simulation. This has and will continue to help our organizations digital transformation initiatives.

The platform is incredibly feature-rich, which is a great strength, but it can also present a steep learning curve for new users. While the support team is outstanding, more out-of-the-box templates for specific industries or use cases, especially for customer journey mapping, would help accelerate initial adoption and time-to-value for smaller teams.

Read Full ReviewThe new licensing structure is more costly, so we've had to cut back on a significant amount of licenses, and we're unable to take advantage of PIA. This is limiting our reach and impact within the organization. The reporting capabilities on the processes and metadata we capture could be better as it's very manual and not intuitive. The UI could be improved on the process mining analysis page, making it sometimes difficult to see all of the important details.

As heavy users of the platform, we've consistently had a positive experience - not only with the the tool itself but also with the team behind it. The platform has enabled us to conduct in-depth analysis of our internal business processes, leading to valuable insights and opportunities for optimization. We are excited about leveraging the new AI feature, PIA, to help cut down our process modeling time and additional features as this matures down the line. The reporting features are still a little lacking but hoping there's updates in the near future.
