I find iGrafx a great solution for modeling, logical relationships between objects and plenty of room for architecting the semantic data model. iGrafx provided a robust training program and allowed us to maintain a single point of contact / trainer which kept the momentum and continuity.

The tool is pretty much self-explanatory and even for inexperienced users easy to understand. Furthermore, iGrafX is providing an outstanding service when it comes to requests about smaller changes / adjustments in the tool.

We have had to build a BI process that extracts data from iGrafx and visualize on dashboards with filtering, multi-relational search and summary counts.
