The Help Desk effectiveness, efficiency, and expertise are excellent. I have submitted how to and API help requests and the response time and thoroughness was top notch each time.
My favourite part about this product is the easy interface for the process mapping and its ability to collaborate with team members in real time.

We have had to build a BI process that extracts data from iGrafx and visualize on dashboards with filtering, multi-relational search and summary counts.
The dislike part is its advanced features are a bit complex to use initially, an onboarding resource like tutorial could be beneficial.
1) If I could change just one thing, it would be an update to the reporting set up by way of a checklist to select desired report features, rather than the current filters and query language which is not user friendly.

iGrafx has been a trusted partner over the past few years. As heavy users of the platform, we've consistently had a positive experience - not only with the the tool itself but also with the team behind it. The platform has enabled us to conduct in-depth analysis of our internal business processes, leading to valuable insights and opportunities for optimization. We are excited about leveraging the new AI feature, PIA, to help cut down our process modeling time and additional features as this matures down the line. The reporting features are still a little lacking but hoping there's updates in the near future. Also, recent changes to their licensing model has caused us to reduce our licenses.
