Our company was a Symbio customer before it became a Celonis customer due to the takeover of the company. Hence the rating refers to an overall experience of 5 years working with the product now called "Process Designer".
The ambition of the vendor was always somewhat higher than what the product could provide in reality. Too many bugs, no consistent f2e development of features.
Lately we have seen improvements in the design and functionality as well as communication.
