Our Customer Success Representative is extremely professional, punctual and responsive. If ever we have a query, he will usually get an answer for us within hours, rather than days. The internal experts he has introduced us too always seem able to solve any problem we have. The product itself (SAP Signavio Process Editor) is easy to use, easy to teach to others, and has several features that make it stand out in the marketplace.

From an admin perspective, Process Manager is quite an easy tool to navigate. Tho I think there is a room for improvement. Certain processes are designed in not user-friendly way - for example, Acess rights. Those should be assigned from User group level, not other way arround (currently we assign Users to Folders). Also, setting attributes and linking them to a dictionary is not a straight forward process. There should also be an option to create custom reports by Admins.
