Intuitive web portal interface for end users in the business which enables them to view, review and interact with their processes. Endless possibilities to customize to the specific needs of enterprise and process architects, connect all kinds of information and create various views of the organization. Mavim support is always fast to respond to questions or issues. Great training possibilities, available both as physical classroom trainings as well as online courses and seminars.
The tool helps users to track and provide insights. The customer support is excellent.
Its integration with Visio, our previous application for process modeling, proved to be very handy in the transformation process to Mavim. Also, the onboarding experience was smooth and the ability to use it across different departments for collaboration is a plus for us.
Although the publication portal is easy and intuitive to share processes with the business, working with the Mavim manager is a specialist job and less suitable for the occasional user. The flexibility and options are great, but it requires the creation of a solid architecture and vision on how you want to structure information before entering everything into the system. For less experienced process professionals it is quite easy to create and get lost in a semi-structured mess that needs a lot of rework.
The interface is very complicated for a new user.
License costs, manual adjustments during Visio imports and challenges in governance.
