Mavim support is always fast to respond to questions or issues. Great training possibilities, available both as physical classroom trainings as well as online courses and seminars.

The application is highly flexible and allows for extensive customization, which makes it adaptable to a wide range of scenarios depending on the current needs of our organization. Additionally, Mavim provides a wealth of training materials, including both video content and written guides. If that's not enough, their support team is very responsive and consistently provides reliable answers and assistance.

Although the publication portal is easy and intuitive to share processes with the business, working with the Mavim manager is a specialist job and less suitable for the occasional user. The flexibility and options are great, but it requires the creation of a solid architecture and vision on how you want to structure information before entering everything into the system. For less experienced process professionals it is quite easy to create and get lost in a semi-structured mess that needs a lot of rework.

The interface is very complicated for a new user.

One drawback of the application is the lack of ability to publish individual elements (for instance process) of the model without breaking their connections. Additionally, the database structure is quite delicate - removing or moving a single element can unintentionally trigger multiple changes. It's also difficult to keep track of changes made by different users (or maybe I just haven't fully discovered how to do it yet ;) )
