I like how they are able to et below the surface and find what people at all levels of the organization are feeling and help us move forward. They challnege clients and dont let the C-Suit intimidate them into doing business as usual. I also like how everything they do is a collaberative experience.
One of their key strengths is interviewing key stakeholders and extracting deep insights from those discussions to later synthesize into the strategic vision. OVO is confident enough to challenge their clients in a collaborative manner to discover what makes them truly exceptional. They hold very high standards for themselves and drive for the same with their client engagements. While some agencies can be too far in either direction, OVO has a nice balance of qualitative and strategic positioning coupled with quantitative research and analytics.
I do not have any dislikes about their service, our experience was excellent.
There is often clashes between them an Legal, which happens with many other vendors. There are times I wish they would start small and scale up as that will help sell some of their bigger ideas in the long run. I would love to see more services and ideas from them in the future.
Operating in a regulated environment, at times we needed to dial back messaging and claims to ensure compliance.
