I started working with Palo Alto firewalls since PA-200 model, these are the things that can be improved in PA in terms of features and services (site-to-site tunnel often getting hung, the QOS service is not accurate sometimes I feel. Also, the cost is a bit high compared to the same capacity model in other vendor firewalls and customer support can be improved in APAC region)
