Really happy with the product. We've been using Sophos firewalls since 2019 and have not had a single hardware failure, failed update or any unscheduled downtime. The migration from XG to XGS was straight forward and almost flawless (Lack of a management port on the XG meant that the management port we were using on the XGS was disabled after importing the config). I've found the firewalls very easy to administer and they provide almost all of the functionality that we've explored. The lack of mDNS/Bonjour support is the biggest gripe for us at the moment, along with some Google directory synchronization being locked behind other paid products. We've had great support from Sophos. They've provided free in-depth health checks and reviews of our firewall and endpoint protection. Their engineer was really generous with their time and provided us with helpful recommendations.
