We are a manufacturing industry with multiple locations. We ae using Sophos XG multiple Firewalls in around 12+ locations and have now upgraded all XG firewalls to XGS firewalls. We have been Sophos firewall customer since last 14+ Years. Good thing about Sophos is that their GUI is the same for all models, hence there is no learning curve. To enhance Protection, Sophos is providing us with IDPS/Advanced Threat Detection & Zero Day Protection.

Sophos firewall provides network level protection by controlling traffic flow, monitoring connections & enforcing security policies. It acts as a barrier between the internal network and external threats such as malware, unauthorized access and malicious activities.
Overall satisfaction with Service & Support of Product. SD Wan feature is very good and we are using it.

Using Sophos Firewall since very long time. Firewall is Very trustable and reliable. Updated with latest technology & very strong support team. We are using features in firewall like ATP, IPS,VPN, Sandboxing, Synchronized security & user authentication. SD Wan & TLS inspection features are very useful. Improved service management following the urgent upgrade of switches and APs across the entire infrastructure, installation of over 100 APs at both locations, greater service stability and availability, faster resolution times for issues that arise, and improved administration.
Since implementing the changes in our organization, we have improved the management and stability of the services our users receive. It has been a long process, but we have seen the positive changes and increased user satisfaction. Our organization is using Sophos Firewall from last 3-4 yrs and till date we have not experienced any such issues, overall Support and service is good and roadmap of the product is fantastic many new features are coming as shared by Sophos team which will help us in our organization. Strong security and network control, but reporting complexity remains
We have been using Sophos for the last 6+ years and till date there are no such complaints or escalations from the IT team or individual users. Talking about features and services overall it has been a great experience whether it's SDWAN for the branches or their adaptive threat protection or web policy and cloud integration with 3rd party app overall as a company what we pay is covered for us, their single console to manage firewall i.e. Sophos Central, their Central management console is helping us to monitor and make changes at a granular level without touching the firewall. Also, their partner coverage helps us to easily find the best service partner in the industry.
