What i like most about Pajakku is the true end to end tax workflow, official appointment and supervision by the Directorate General of Taxes and the ability to handle calculation, payment, and reporting in one centralized platform.
Pajakku integrates seamlessly with our internal accounting and ERP systems. The solution offers comprehensive features for tax reporting, e-invoicing, and e-meterai in oneplace. The custom reporting feature allows us to tailor tax data according to our needs.
The best part of using Pajakku is automation. Routine tasks like preparing e-Faktur or uploading data used to be a hassle, but now it's all done quickly with just few steps. It really boosts our productivity and keeps our workflow efficients.
Some features feel complex for new users, the learning curve is quite steep, and certain menus require multiple steps to complete simple tasks.
The reporting feature is useful, but creating custom reports sometimes takes a few extra steps. Some advance functions require practice before you get used to them. I also think having more pre-built report templates would save time for day-to-day tasks.
While Pajakku is very powerful, new users may need some time to adapt to the full range of features. An interactive tutorial during onboarding would make the learning curve smoother. The documentation is helpful, but adding more visual, step by-step examples could make it even better.
