There are frequent bugs in Reports which need Pando Engineer intervention. Reports should be easily customizable at the user end as per live data embedded instead of specific formats already defined in Reports sections by Pando Engineers. Data Manager i.e. Master Data Updating & Maintenance needs lots of Improvements which could be sync with SAP for better Accuracy.
The product has a lot of report generation issues which delays day to day tasks. The optima is currently not generating very optimal results of truck type for the per kg freight module. The procure module had a few glitches on the day of auction which could've been avoided.
1. Sometimes advanced features can be hard to manage for a first-time user (need training). 2. Reporting and analytics can be complex for non-technical users. 3. Limited Customizing options on Dashboard.
