The response time when issues arise is immediate. Any time we've had an issue, their support team is available to resolve it regardless of date/time. The product is also very flexible and has been customized to our needs. The portal to manage setup and monitor transactions is also very easy to use and understand.

Their customer portal is very user-friendly and intuitive. It allows us to easily track requests, access information, and manage our accounts efficiently without unnecessary complexity.
When filtering the grid on the portal to search for specific vendors or transactions, the search is case sensitive. This is the only minor inconvenience I have had with their service. I believe there may be an update in the works to resolve this.
the challenge we had was around allocation of resources on the white glove team versus our day to day onboarding. Seemed like a crossover and the white glove took away team members from the day to day. So we had to have a meeting to ensure the correct resources where available for us to continue regular onboarding as well as white glove service.
in some cases, more proactive communication or status updates during issue resolution would be appreciated.
