Their customer portal is very user-friendly and intuitive. It allows us to easily track requests, access information, and manage our accounts efficiently without unnecessary complexity.

the challenge we had was around allocation of resources on the white glove team versus our day to day onboarding. Seemed like a crossover and the white glove took away team members from the day to day. So we had to have a meeting to ensure the correct resources where available for us to continue regular onboarding as well as white glove service.
