So we had to have a meeting to ensure the correct resources where available for us to continue regular onboarding as well as white glove service.
Quotes for a recent project came back much higher than anticipated. Submitted help inquiries through the help portal but had to reach out to the team directly via email on a few occurrences (unanswered tickets).
