The best feature is scheduling, I am able to quickly and easily schedule candidates to meet with internal parties and collect feedback in one place.
I think our favorite feature of all the software is the quick hire feature. It allows us to react quickly when we need to get a new employee onboarded in a short time frame. The technical support service team has made every effort to make our experience a success.
What we like most about Paycor is the useability of each employee. Everyone knows how to use the platform without being taught, its simple, easy to follow, and really effective for finding the information people may need.
The analytics could be made stronger so that they are able to capture the entire candidate journey.
I wish the contract negotiation process was a bit smoother and more straight forward.
The main dislike or issue we have with Paycor is that it does not integrate as well with other software like some other options do. The ability to chat to the entire team is something we truly value, which is not yet an option with Paycor. Additionally, we hope that our team members can request items through paycor with more ease.
