We have been using Perfion for 5 years as a product development tool, from concept of an item to creation. The ease and flexibility of adding fields, forms and reports is the ultimate uniqueness of this product. We were able to create just what we needed and we have the flexibility to continue making changes to this product as our company evolves in this ever-changing time. Since Perfion is our one source of truth we used Perfion’s standard integration with Dynamics AX (ERP). When an item is released in Perfion it will automatically create the item in Dynamics AX with all of its attributes. This has streamlined duel entry and has eliminated errors. The data from Perfion is also used to support our Web portals and customer’s data requirements. The Perfion support team is exceptional to work with and the webinars are very helpful. We look forward to new releases, the product just keeps getting better and better!
