We have received great support from Perfion over the years, they have gone above and beyond with helping us get new web developers/contractors up to speed on their product and the tool kits provided.

I dont have any dislikes.
There is a bit of a learning curve, some of the concepts can be hard to grasp. The data itself is not something you can write standard SQL queries against which isn't really a big problem as the tools provided to extract data are well executed.
The flexibility and number of options for implementation can be overwhelming for less technical end users.

We have been using Perfion for 5 years as a product development tool, from concept of an item to creation. The ease and flexibility of adding fields, forms and reports is the ultimate uniqueness of this product. We were able to create just what we needed and we have the flexibility to continue making changes to this product as our company evolves in this ever-changing time. Since Perfion is our one source of truth we used Perfion’s standard integration with Dynamics AX (ERP). When an item is released in Perfion it will automatically create the item in Dynamics AX with all of its attributes. This has streamlined duel entry and has eliminated errors. The data from Perfion is also used to support our Web portals and customer’s data requirements. The Perfion support team is exceptional to work with and the webinars are very helpful. We were an early adopter of Perfion in the United States. Perfion is the best system for flexible and complex PIM needs
They have gone above and beyond to make sure that their software lives up to the promises that they made during the original sales pitch. There were many times when our specific needs exceeded the capabilities of the software and they went out of their way to improve the capacity and capability of the program to meet our needs. The system is very complex on the back-end but a lot of that complexity comes from the fact that it is actually very simple up front. The ways in which data can be managed and how different data entities can be matched and related together is nearly endless. Very customizable & user friendly.
Perfion has worked well for storing all of our data. We use it not only to feed our website but also to build our product catalogues. Adding new attributes to products, searching, and editing products is quick and very user friendly. Perfion is also very customizable. We have had a great experience working with PIM and customizing features to work with our current system. One down fall is the speed of the program when doing edits on a large number of products at one time. It's easier to divide and conquer in chunks.
