What is PhishER Plus?

PhishER is a platform for managing the high volume of potentially malicious email messages reported by users. With automatic prioritization of emails, PhishER aims to help InfoSec and Security Operations teams cut through the inbox noise and respond to the most dangerous threats more quickly. With PhishER, users are able to automate the workstream of 90% of reported emails that are not threats. PhishER is available as a stand-alone product or as an optional add-on for KnowBe4 customers that want to automatically prioritize and manage potentially malicious messages that were reported through the KnowBe4 Phish Alert Button. PhishER Plus is an upgraded subscription level that includes all of the features from PhishER with additional enhancements and AI-validated crowdsourced data. PhishER Plus was developed to help supercharge an organization’s email security defenses.

whilst support is acknowledged quickly , the responses have often failed to resolve issues. Little support with regards usage of the platform and evolving our use of the products purchased. Content is good and has landed well with users - chameleon and inside man remain favours.

User interface is very easy to navigate and keep organized, search features are very easy to use and find what information you are looking for, automated response and manual responses are very good at working.

Automation. Being able to automatically respond to users that a message is clean or that it is just normal SPAM is wonderful.

Its AI scoring can be very off at times with the AI summaries for the scoring being essentially useless at times. New features that are introduced are nice but lack some testing before they can reach full functionality. Wish pages would update quicker when making changes as sometimes you have to click off and come back for page to update.

There is a bit of a learning curve as to how the categories and inbox function. Without some initial training it is confusing. Additionally, the Phish Alert Button should also integrate with the built in Google Alert Center to create and clear entries to enable functionality at both ends.
