    I love Pindrop, we currently use Protect. This past year with Pindrops updates to their phone and tone printing we have noticed significant improvements in catching fraud.

    Easy to use, not customizable

    Software is very easy to use, and the system is grest at catching fraudulent callers from suspicious ANIs. However, Pindrop is not very customizable. The only way to manage what cases your team will see is to change your risk score level/tolerance. All other informstion is housed by Pindrop.

    User interface is well done, however could work on voiceprinting accuracy.

    Pindrop does a decent job at intercepting fraud. I work on it on a daily basis and have liked the recent updates/ user interface. It has on occasion let calls slip through the cracks, but for the most part it is satisfactory.

    Pindrop is user friendly and loads extremely quickly. Pindrop does have a problem with a high number of false positives, and their risk scores are not great.
