We cannot use cloud-based solutions due to regulatory and compliance requirements, having bot protection on-premises managed by Alteon devices on our side. After sending traffic and info to the cloud it's very important for us. After deployment we saw a clear improvement in blocking malicious bots, credential stuffing and automated attacks targeting our online banking.

We refer to this as the 'false positive' solution - because it often and unbeknownst to us blocks friendly crawlers and visitors to our site. Despite tuning it, it doesn't seem to have the intelligence to give us any confidence that it's not blocking friendlies.

Protection against credential stuffing and scraping. This is very important for online banking and mobile applications.

We believe it is working to block nefarious users.

The learning mode allows us to understand application behavior and API usage. Additionally, the integrated AI enables proactive analysis and threat detection. It has prevented many false positives.
