Ease of import, customizable, allows you to provide employees link to employees to access at any time.
Easy to understand list of birthdays and work anniversaries grouped by date. Engaging mini game feature called Who's-Who to identify co-workers Tidy looking UI
This doesn't integrate with our current HRIS Paycom so we have to do a manual import. The employee photo functionality seems to glitch a decent amount.
The Org chart's drag function feels a little wonky and could have been smoother and crisper.
