We are using Pitch Avatar for Corporate Learning and the journey has been very fruitful. Previously, we had to nudge our Employees to complete Mandatory Trainings with majority of the time going in follow-ups that was unproductive. From Push, it is now Pull , as the employees are now themselves taking a keen interest in LMS. Pitch Avatar has enabled the delivery of content in an interactive presentation by combining a plethora of content types- such as pdf documents, Videos or Research Reports. With the use of Animated AI assistant, we have streamlined delivery content and at the same time- automated repetitive training. As the Head of Talent Management, i can now focus more on Strategy as the LMS takes care of mundane and menial tasks. Being a global organization spread in 33 countries and with more than 25 Plants within India across the length and breadth of the nation- the Instant Translation feature has allowed us to spread L&D to Blue Collar workforce as well. Our Compliance to Kirkpatrick Model of Training Effectiveness has also increased , as we are able to get holistic analysis of all Training interventions.
Price is quite high. Also, many pronunciations can go wrong by AI Avatars and this can be very embarrassing as a wrongly pronounced word can have a completely different meaning in certain parts of the society. Need to be extra careful if you are considering a Global roll-out
