The support of Plytix is really great and always finds a solution for each problem. This makes it really easy to use and understand. The product is perfect for our company as we have a product management with all details and it is easy to present to our customers and also for product analysis. It is easy to export product information in different variations. So helps in all parts of company.
I test drive environment with complete functionality would be helpful for me as a user who does not live in the space full time. Parnet/child, product relationships, brand portal and product sheet layouts. Shopify feed etc. The tutorials are helpful and abundant but often don't explain the practical result of different set up choices. Something I could have up side by side as I am setting up that particular function for my system.
1. we really need to be able to filter/export supporting literature assets and see a list of SKU's this document is assigned to 2. re-ordering attributes during the export process can be an issue if you need to export attributes in a certain order
By now there is nothing to claim. If we have problems we just talk to the service and get support.
