The biggest strength is how easy it is to jump in and start - there are a ton of resources in the form of knowledgebases and moderated community support - it is rare that i can't find something on the topic i'm taking on

- Dynamic contents from previous actions - Microsoft Power Plarform suite connectors - Speed and accuracy

little bit cumbersome to debug especially when external connector issues arise

For my purposes, needing 3rd party support for basic functions like Regex is frustrating.

- Difficult to manage - 30 day time out - Can't create folders to store the flows

My overall experience has been positive. It is a user friendly and effective platform that I have used to simplify the data driven workflows. The drag and drop interface allows anyone to create complex automations easily without much coding experience. It provides various connectors to connect to different Microsoft sources and gather data efficiently, which has helped me to perform meaningful analysis.

I have tried to decentralize RPA, but it's really difficult since to build them you need a software development background, it takes a month of training, and you need to be continuously building to keep one's skillset honed. RDA on the other hand is great to democratize.
