Migrating to Sunbird PowerIQ has been a great success - excellent power management tool.
Migrating to PowerIQ from SPM has been entirely satisfactory. We've been well supported by the Sunbird onboarding team. They've provided us with enough technical resources and expertise to methodically implement the new system with ease. PowerIQ's integration with dcTrack makes reporting and management highly configurable. UX and reporting capabilities is a huge improvement to our previous (market rival) solution. Gold Standard in DCIM solutions
We've been using dcTrack & PowerIQ since version 3. What I love the most is the dedication of their development team to always find ways to improve the product with every new release. Their team is always approachable and responds quickly to questions, issues, and requests for new improvements. Their semi-annual user conferences are a great place to meet face to face with engineers working on application improvements and new features as well as a chance to meet with peers from within the industry. Easy to Deploy, and Gets Better with Every Release
Power IQ has come a long way since it's early releases. It has enabled us to keep track of our data center tenants with powerful reporting tools that allow us to bill accurately. We have also recently added environmental monitors to our datacenter, and Power IQ has been able to track these without a problem.
