We are operating in a very complex environment and have many parameters to keep track of. A reliable knowledgable implementation partner is crucial. Praktiga helps out with general IAM related governance questions and has deep knowledge of the Omada product as well. We can come up with complex questions and when the people at Praktiga don't know the answer straight away, they will do everything to find an answer at a later stage. They are also very responsive. We never have to wait long for answers which truly helps us to progress at a good pace.

Whenever praktiga takes over a certain workshare I can rely on it completely. My own customer success is never at risk when I hand over project- or delivery-responsibility to praktiga. That is what I would call a key asset for a reliable partnership.

It's hard to come up with dislikes. Sometimes a new feature or capability has some child diseases and will need a few iterations and test rounds before it's just right. But this is to be expected in complex solutions.

First of all, I have to think long and hard to find something at all that I don't think has been optimally set up or solved yet. Maybe a little more transparency and actively reporting about the progress of work/ tasks would add even more confidence and ability to communicate to customers when services are delivered via praktiga.
