We remain dynamic in how we present prices online through API calls, either through scheduled processes or on demand through dashboards. We created a process to build new price lists that optimized prices, then allowed pricing managers to override pricing if needed using Live Price Grids. The team had full control in how they presented price as compared to our competition. Customers would always get the best price based on promotions, discounts, rebates, or contracts. Once you understand the software, it becomes easy to navigate to set specific pricing changes. We understand the pricing impact to profit and let the data guide our decisions.
There is possibility of integration with Excel.
Pricefx is a trustworthy software with its SaaS solutions. It covers almost all stages of price management journey along with best of customization possibilities. It is built on a native cloud architecture making it robust and ever available. Users can generate deals and quotes much faster with its Quoting and Analytics solution. Pricefx gives special attention to optimization and that helps users to uplift their gains and get more transparency. It is already revolutionizing price management and there is still a lot to come from it.
I think the analytics could be better. It's less intuitive and weighted averages are sometimes difficult to define. It would be nice to export files that could integrate with Tableau or other high-end analytics software. Perhaps a partnership could be achieved.
Layout on screen can still be improved.
Pricefx can improve on its support team efficiency so that queries and challenges can be addressed as soon as possible. Apart from this, the official documentation can be improved so that it is easy going for first time users as well.

The software was originally set up using bare metal but needed migration to Google Cloud before we could go-live due to the frequency and number of processes along with millions of lines going through memory. Overall, the solution worked extremely well, but most of our configuration and logic needed customization. I have been an active user of Pricefx for almost a year now and it has been a completely awesome experience so far. Need more flexibility in the system but overall good experience.
We developed excellent relationships with their project staff that allowed implementation to go smoothly. I do wish their systems were more flexible (more configuration, less hardcoding) but I'm sure with their new round of funding they're well on their way.
