while we were selecting different software we realized this one was really easy to use and has friendly user interface
Is SaaS / cloud so you can use it anywhere. It goes give accurate calculations, and you can purchase defined amounts of bundle packages.
Once I became acquainted with the software, completing returns is so efficient. I have saved so much time that can be spent on other business projects. I loved that this software was able to integrate with QuickBooks so seamlessly. I love knowing that the calculations are on point!
while we used the software we notice that there were some delays with some software windows or modules, but we need to realize that the parameters we have done need to be better so the start shown data will be faster to be shown. we need to use better the software to value all the benefits it provides.
Users cannot engage with developers, support takes hours to solve simple issues, communication is very difficult with their support team. Hold times are really, really excessive when you ask simple questions and the team cannot figure out answer. Users are not allowed to print forms, can only view.
The price is a little steep, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Some documents can be hard to locate, especially if they are uploaded on the client side.
