Reporting, forecasting, consolidation features, good customer support, value for money (relative to competitors). Many users appreciate the support and responsiveness from Prophix's implementation teams and CSM's, especially early on.
Ability to consolidate ERPs into one report and send out scheduled binders.
The ease of use once you learn the system and the robust options when creating templates.
For admins and power users, mastering template studio, there's a bit of a learning curve for advanced customizations, integrations with some ERP's can be challenging but so far so good
Some limitations with row notes and storing comments, and processes being slow at times.
The live feed option is one thing we would really love to have.
