This software is extremely powerful and flexible and can be used to build a report on almost anything! It can pull data from multiple sources and compile and present in an almost infinite number of different ways. Use it to review variances (budget vs actual or period-to period), generate your annual financial statements- name your reporting requirement, this program can do it. It has great customer support and a community of users with a dedicated forum (the red carpet) for questions and user discussions, plus some fun on the side! They are constantly seeking feedback from their users and adding new improvements to their product. They have remained very responsive and supportive throughout the challenges of 2020, with an excellent Virtual Summit where users could network remotely.

While Prophix offers strong capabilities, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved, particularly when it comes to usability and advanced customization.
