ProShip gets the job done. No bells and whistles. Straight forward in doing what needs done.

When we first reached out to ProShip we got an excellent Sales Manager that worked with us to get the project going. After we signed we were turned over to a Project manager and a developer. The PM was billing us by the letter. We were pretty disappointed to get billed even for the time the developer took to research and understand our Oracle system. We had given the Sales Person specifics about our system and he said that it wouldn't be a problem. We came to find out that the developers training was on our dime. After the project went live we were turned into a junior customer service rep that rarely answered our emails, it almost seemed that we were the last customer to come mind. Its surprising given that our project was in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
