I liked intercept SSL Interface easy
Functionality of proxySG is very solid and with the installation that we have luckily one box has hardware issue and being in Singapore (Symantec hub) we were able to get an replacement very quickly. ProxySG integrate wells with other vendor products that we deploy and their open architecture makes future integrations possible The interface of the tools looks old fashion by does the job well.
1. I like it's robustness. 2. Versatility in the area it is purposed for. 3. After a rough start the support has shapen up it's game!
At the moment there is nothing i don't like
Lost the old partnership and get on a journey together and become more commercial and lets talk money first approach makes it hard to work with.
1. Management could be improved (though much better then earlier years) 2. No search function in the policy GUI 3. No sort function in the policy GUI

During our production evaluation on Symantec ProxySG, it was the best amongst the products that we tested. However during our migration it is where Broadcom has took over and It was downhill from there.
