Qstream Likes & Dislikes
I like the leaderboard and recognition feature as well as the fact that we can use scenario based training. We have seen a huge increase in the time from assigning a lesson to completion with a higher degree of information retention.
The bite-sized format and spaced repetition make learning stick. The analytics dashboard gives great visibility into engagement and knowledge gaps.
I like the quizzes and feedback, because they are effective in reinforcing learning and identifying areas that need improvement. I also like the analytics tools which provide insights into my individual progress. I also like the scenario-based questions it delivers over time.
I haven't yet found any real issues with the service. Pricing was great and we have more features than we currently need. The customer service team was super helpful during our rollout and we are very happy with it so far. I expect Qstream to be our long term solution for training.
The content authoring tool could offer more flexibility and media options. Exports of reports could also be improved to allow more customization and automation.
One aspect I dislike is the limitations in customizing question timing and frequency. Sometimes the question intervals are not aligned with my workflow. A more visually engaging interface would also improve my experience. I've also experienced some issues and lags with the mobile app.
