It provides External Attack Surface Management and risk mapping of our End-of-Life Software tracking and the new user Interface gives a more clearer picture of our Assets

Dashboards are quite good and we get ample amount of data against detected vulnerability.

Qualys CSAM provides deep, automated asset discovery across hybrid environments, providing complete visibility. It adds a strong risk context and has seamless integration. It also helps to identify unmanaged IT assets and streamline compliance and remediation by continuously tracking asset health and security posture in real time.

Training is required as initially there is a steep learning curve because of the UI complexity and numerous available settings and the High consumption of CPU by the agents in some of our environments

Query language used to fetch the vulnerability details.

The interface is convoluted and less intuitive for new users. Reporting and dashboard customization options are somewhat limited. Asset duplication occurs during large-scale scans which is really not a good sign on the front of customers. Support response time and troubleshooting assistance could be faster.
