What I liked the most is how smoothly it provides the secure connectivity across all branch sites and the link failover and load balancing which works absolutely great. Seamless integration of network and security. Clear visibility into application and link performance. Scales well for multi-site deployment.

With Quantum you can utilise cheaper links from local Internet providers instead of paying for an MPLS link. Users in our branches in past would report Internet dropuots but now when we can use multiple links with zerpo downtime failover we don't hear any more complaints. Also we love the security features it provides. It scans for malware and other dangerous threats.

For administrators, fine tuning application routing policies requires manual efforts and the default templates do not fit network scenarios. Some configurations take too long to reflect across devices. Logs and troubleshooting information are not always very intuitive. Performance optimization requires continuous monitoring and tuning.

latency issues are a concern.

Sometimes initital policy syncing can lag and might require verification. Subscription costs can be high, as in our case. We have many branches. Initial configuration is not straight forward.
