Overall, the performance and reliability of our Qumulo clusters was fine. However, it was a painful process to get all of the metadata ssds with high wear rates replaced. In general, their support team was knowledgeable and quickly responsive via Slack channel.

Qumulo provides excellent service and support to us on a consistent basis. We work with several vendors and many technologies, so it's nice to have a vendor that's accessible when you need them. Qumulo is the only vendor we have on the floor that uses the Slack product for problem determination. This makes troubleshooting so much better. We also have a dedicated account and resource team for support. The product is highly reliable and easy to administer. The product is scalable to exabytes of storage capacity without any system disruption or data migration. Once configured, the system runs without a high degree of handholding. Reliable and user friendly!
we looked at a few other choices besides Qumulo that were much more expensive. I’m really happy we’re working with Qumulo because the NFS share is easy and really user friendly. Reliable and user friendly! In terms of technology and software revolution, with the new version it made a big difference! Monitoring features are really cool and with every single they will surprise you with new features!
