We value Radware's Bot Manager for its powerful capabilities, including robust signature based protections that accurately detect/block malicious activity. Its access management features and granular policy controls give us the flexibility to tailor defenses precisely to our applications and business needs. Together, these capabilities provide a balanced, effective security posture without compromising legitimate user traffic.
We believe it is working to block nefarious users.
The technologies used like device fingerprinting and Intent based behavior analysis are pretty good in distinguishing between users, good bots & malicious bots. The number of false positives is very minimal.
We would like to see Radware's Bot Manager log filtering to become more responsive and intuitive, similar to the experience provided by the WAF log filtering. Improving the speed ands usability of these filters would make it easier to quickly identify trends and investigate incidents. Enhancements in this area would improve day-to-day operational efficiency for our team.
Not satisfied with its aggressiveness to friendly crawlers and users. It even blocked BIng!
Similarly, like its other offerings reporting and customization are the areas where this product lacks behind. Apart from this I feel that the installation & configuration documents can be better for the ease of first-time users and that they should be updated more often.
