Because our company is very happy with Rapid7 insight suite - one of the best toolset for security -, we decided to engage Rapid 7 consulting services for penetration testing services for our web apps and mobile apps. While the testing itself provided great value and was well conducted, the attitude of the consulting staff was below par. The consulting team was not willing to adapt to our needs but instead tried to upsell us with more consulting days.
In summary, Rapid7 consulting group was not ready to build a long term partnership with our IT team but instead was profit-driven with short-term vision.
