User interface is much better than previous softwares I've used and easier to navigate.
There is nothing that I can say about disliking Reachdesk. My only recommendation would be for more seasonal gifting.
It's not as easy to create automated triggered campaigns and landing pages as it could be and the customisation is limited, however, Reachdesk continues to make enhancements to add sophistication without making an easy to use tool cumbersome.
Gifting options still seem fairly limited.
