What I like most is that it makes you distinguish what an object is to make sure the person on the other side of the computer on the webpage is not a robot so then they can verify that its actually me. Or asking to enter in certain encrypted codes. Its just a little extra measure of security. Our company uses this for almost anything when detecting spam abuse.

Maybe what I dislike most is that sometimes even when you think you select the correct images to enter into the site it states you didnt and you have to redo the same thing multiple times with multiple images which can be a pain. Also when they give you those weird combos of numbers and letters it kind of sucks because you can never really read them.
It is incredibly time consuming for no apparent reason. The bot system does not work as good as with other competitors. It is definitely not designed to help the user experience, instead it creates a hassle
well sometime user with VPN complain about the failure.. annoying for customer service
