The overall experience with Xvigil has been quite positive. It has helped us gain better visibility into external threats, especially around brands like Fake mobile apps, Fake pages and channels, and credential breaches (although credential breaches need lots of fine tuning and CloudSek care team support is very impressive). Overall Xvigil is adding real value to our threat intelligence capabilities.

My overall experience with Cyble Vision has been very good. The platform has frequently delivered strong features in threat intelligence, which helps us to proactively monitor and respond to cyber threats on the deep web, dark web and surface web. Overall, the experience is very good; there are a few capabilities that need to be enhanced in certain ways, such as improving alert contextualization and refining the user interface for easier navigation and faster analysis of threats.

The overall experince with RQ/GM has been great. It is easy to make changes, to talk to their engineers and to run playbooks.

Lately our organization subscribed to DeCYFER, a preemptive external threat landscape management platform. It's latest version DeCYFIR 4.0, offered our organization a friendly experience in their 9 pillars. This online, web-based platform provided us with a means to gain visibility of our external threat landscape. The tool continuously monitors emerging threats. It utilizes predictive intelligence to proactively take actions, reduce risks, and preempt any impending attack. While the initial onboarding required some familiarization due to the platform's expanse, the overall experience has been smooth and beneficial. DeCYFIR has reduced noise, improved our visibility, and enabled us to make faster, more informed decisions across our security operations.

My overall experience with Falcon Adversary Intelligence has been good. The service gives us timely and useful information about threats, which helps us better understand who the threat actors are and how the attack happens. It has helped us with the ability to detect threats before they happen and make better security decisions throughout the company.

I used SOCRadar for a month as a POC, and we are currently in negotiations about buying the product. The product is great, I really enjoyed using it. It is feature rich and gives us strong oversight of our external attack surface and to the dark web with combo lists, leak forums etc. I like that is found some typo squatting domains that were hosted in places like India and they have a shutdown feature where they have such good relationships that they can get domains hosted anywhere shut down on our behalf in a timely manner. Along with this is their 3rd party risk management which is great, it gives clear grades of what each of our 3rd party partners score and where they are vulnerable, this is a fantastic feature for the company. Not only was the product good, every SOCRadar member of staff we had meetings with was productive and you could tell they were passionate and knowledgeable in the field.
