Integration in RedHat ecosystem
Built-in security scanning, role-based access controls, and automated security policies provide good protection without requiring additional security tools. The integrated developer expereince using the openshift console and CLI makes it easy for developers even if they don't have much kubernetes knowledge.
A good product but cost is high.
How far deviated from standard Kubernetes it is.
Integration with external services and some third party tools is a bit difficult requiring custom configuration. The complexity of security models and networking configurations can make debugging a bit challenging when it is between different services.

I find it extremely powerful. It makes managing kubernetes somewhat easier. The training around it could be a little better (I could replicate exactly what the instructor did, but when trying to explore further on my own, things wouldn't work and it wasn't initially clear why).
