Reprise focuses on enabling enterprise sales and marketing teams to concisely present their products by building personalized, interactive demonstrations. The platform intertwines different types of demo methods, such as live demos, guided tours and product tours. These demo methods are intended to exhibit the product's value at every stage of the buyer's journey. Having started operations in 2020, Reprise is dedicated to altering the way companies showcase their products through demonstrations.

What I like most about Reprise is how easy it is to build highly customizable demos that can be tailored to different use cases and audiences. The platform gives me the flexibility to create polished experiences without needing constant engineering support.Whether I'm building a guided walkthrough, a live demo, or a more technical story, Reprise makes it simple to adjust the flow, highlight specific features, and craft a narrative that resonates with each prospect. This level of control and ease of use has made our demo process faster, more consistent, and far more impactful.
1. Demo Creation & Resuability at Scale: The ability to create, clone, and tailor demos without engineering involvement is a game-changre for presales scalability. 2. Support for Asychronous Buying: Guided demos and interactive walkthroughs allow buyers to engage on their own terms, which is critical for modern enterprise sales cycles. 3. Empowerment of Sales Without Sacrificing Quality: Reprise enables BDRs/AEs to confidently run early-stage demos while maintaing messaging consistency and Presales standards. 4. Strong Alignment between Product, Presales, and Marketing: The platform acts as a shared system of record for demo assets, helping teams collaborate more effectively. 5. The People: Everyone we have engaged with from the Pre-to-Post sale experience has been truly exceptional.
Two key areas we were looking to solve that Reprise provides. (1) Controlling Golden Copy of the Demo Experience while allowing our SE teams to overlay prospect level concept data for an interactive session. (2) Extending guided walk-thru for follow ups with tracking.
One limitation is that demos built with Reprise have a fixed width. The screen size is locked during capture, which means that the demo does not dynamically scale to fit whatever screen size a viewer uses - this limits flexibility and can make the demo look less polished on different devices For demos involving large datasets, the platform's lazy-loading behavior is slightly frustrating. It only loads a subset of the data (i.e. 30 rows) instead of the full record set, which sometimes prevents reviewers from seeing the full context or verifying data comprehensively.
Currently there is room for improvement in the governance and foldering of builds.
1. We deployed Reprise components that required the knowledge and skill set of a front end developer. We knew this going in and it was a known trade-off in the solution capabilities we were after. 2. During our onboarding there were occasional challenges in scheduling the right SME for our session.
