I would like to cancel my service but apparently we're locked in for another year.
1) I like how well it handles on-demand, personalized demos which are easy to build and incredibly effective at engaging prospects early in the sales cycle. 2) I really value the analytics and engagement tracking, which give us clear insight into what matters most to each viewer. 3) The integration with our existing tools, like Highspot or Salesloft has made adoption smooth and kept our workflow seamless
There isn't much negative feedback that I have about the Consensus product offering. One thing that came up recently is that we would love the ability to use the demo walkthroughs as almost a landing page and have additional collateral or data capture on the pages. Not a dislike about the product though!
Probably their customer support or lackthereof.
The only downside is the initial learning curve: some of the terminology takes a bit to get used to, but once it clicks, everything falls into place.
