Omedym is an interactive demo and digital sales room provider. Unlike others, Omedym offers a unique 'in-video search' capability that allows individuals to pose questions and be directed to the precise part of a video or document that can provide an answer. This delivers a simple and efficient buying experience that increases engagement. Sales organizations utilize Omedym's services to provide users with individualized and secure portals where they can access videos and documents round the clock. This feature enables data collection on buyer intent and engagement, which is then used by an AI to suggest strategies to expedite deals. Omedym is also utilized by marketing teams to enhance lead generation by providing an option for site visitors to source immediate answers within content. For customer success teams, Omedym offers an all-hours location where customers can obtain quick solutions to their queries.

I enjoy the ease of use within the system. It is very user friendly in creating custom content for clients. I like the ability to share information with clients to allow them to explore their systems capabilities first hand. I'm a big fan of the tracking capabilities within Omedym. Seeing what my client spends the most time looking at is a crucial feature of the sales process. If I can see what interest there is, I can drill down and simplify my sales process to accommodate the client to address the topics the client is keen on.
I like that Omedym can offer recommended files for our clients to view. I also enjoy going in and choosing what those may be depending on what modules they might be interested in learning more about. The site sends an email promptly when the client is done viewing their portal, so we can see how far in depth they got with the content we selected for them.
Easy to navigate, simple to set up an account, and an excellent user interface for prospects and clients.
I dislike that there is no sandbox environment in the portal. Instead of just videos or pieces of collateral, I feel like letting the client get their hands on in a system environment would be beneficial. I don't like that if a client has opted out of emails within our org, it's a lot harder to create a portal for them. I wish you could select more than 1 template for a client.
The tricky thing with a portal (of any kind) is that it's an extra step in the sales process. Some clients just won't do it. Omedym also requires them to create an account and then log in, even though it is integrated with SalesForce. Again, many clients simply give up here. More a dislike on my organization's end, but there's not enough content of what client's want to see and we don't have the resources to create and upload them.
It has to be linked to an account that's already set up in Salesforce in order for a customer-facing portal to work. So if it's a new account, you have to spend some time setting it up in Salesforce first before the Omedym portal is ready.
