It integrates well with network elements, databases and ITSM enabling end to end automation of complex operation use cases. Resolve helps reduce manual intervention, improve service reliability, and support large scale automation initiatives in telecom and enterprise environments.
Support turnaround time for resolving issues can sometimes be higher than expected
Not a lot of pre-built... the majority of solutions end up being built ground-up. Many areas are dumbed down for user-friendliness, perhaps too much (to prevent you from hurting yourself) but it comes at the cost of granular control. Everything has to be done through their web UI, which is not ideal for some devs.
While Resolve is a powerful automation platform, some areas still need improvement. The user interface can feel complex for new users and required a learning curve to design and troubleshoot automation effectively. Documentation for advanced use case and integration could be more detailed. Instances should support all kinds of databases like Postgres.
